If you choose the Ford Escape, you will have towing capabilities based on which engine you choose and if your Ford Escape is equipped with the tow package. For example, if you decide to get a Ford Escape with a 2.5 L Hybrid engine, the towing capacity is 1500 lb. Alternatively, the towing capacity for the 1.5 L EcoBoost engine is 2,000 lb.
The Ford Escape also allows you to change the drive mode if the road conditions become slippery. For example, you can change the drive mode from Eco or normal to snow or sand to have better traction on the road. There is also a slippery and sport mode to have more options when driving the Ford Escape.
